Integration Team Lead APIs Microservices

Lead enterprise integration delivery at BRP using APIs, microservices, and SAP interfaces within an Agile multidisciplinary team. Guide secure, scalable solutions.

As Team Lead, Integration, you will oversee initiatives across enterprise systems and lead integration architects, analyst-developers, and functional analysts. Your work spans requirements, architecture, development, deployment, and operational support. You will also shape standards, governance, and technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the integration team
• Manage capacity, sprint priorities, and performance tracking
• Oversee integration delivery through deployment and operational support
• Guide APIs, microservices, and SAP interface implementation
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and observability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum five years of IT experience
• At least two years leading integration teams
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, middleware, ETL, and Talend
• French and English bilingualism for global collaboration
