Integration Team Lead - Underwater Robotics & Field Support

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking an Integration Team Lead to drive the assembly and integration of underwater robotics assets in the Fareham area. You will lead the team, coordinate with engineering and production, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of fibre optic termination and testing. You will mentor staff, optimise processes, and support offshore commissioning when required.
