Integration Test Lead

In this role you will lead testing efforts within a large-scale systems integration program. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to design, execute and document tests and interface with Customer stakeholders. You’ll cover functional, non-functional and integration testing across varied software and infrastructure, identifying defects and driving resolution. You will collaborate with suppliers, analysts and leadership to ensure quality and compliance, while supporting test automation initiatives.

• Generate and review Test Plans, Designs and Reports with stakeholders
• Create Test Cases from requirements and design docs, liaising with SMEs
• Document test results and defects, report progress, risks and issues
• Investigate issues with suppliers to identify root causes and resolutions
• Analyze data and test evidence to demonstrate requirement compliance
• Perform data analysis of interface messaging and legacy data conversions
• Identify process improvements in test or development workflows
• Support Automation team to develop regression test packs

• ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certificate in software testing
• Ability to work onsite with the team
• Strong understanding of Testing Lifecycle and testing types (Functional, Non-Functional, Integration)
• Experience testing software solutions across 1GL–3GL languages (e.g., ADA 83/95, C, C++)
• Experience with Waterfall and V development models
• Experience using Linux operating systems
• Ability to estimate and plan own tasks and manage completion
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
