As an EO/IR Systems Engineer, you contribute to the full lifecycle of advanced EO/IR solutions at Leonardo UK, from concept to fielded systems. You will work across cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze trials that validate system performance in real conditions. You mentor engineers, drive process improvements, and coordinate with customers and trials organisations to ensure evidence informs design maturity. This role combines hands‑on trial activities with systems engineering oversight in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

- Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in systems engineering, physics, or related technical discipline

- Experience with systems engineering methods, tools, and processes for trials conduction
- Relevant experience with EO/IR systems and technologies
