Overview

In this role you will deliver technical integration and implementation expertise for custom Mitel solutions, working largely autonomously across the full project lifecycle. You will connect Mitel deployments with third-party systems, build reporting and workflow integrations, and support users through deployment and in-service phases. Your work will enhance user experience by delivering innovative, integrated solutions for contact centers and related applications. This role offers exposure to diverse, cross-functional projects and the opportunity to shape how Mitel solutions scale for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze integration requests with customers to define detailed statements of work
  • Assess technical feasibility using Mitel interfaces and third-party solutions
  • Estimate effort for custom developments for official quotes
  • Create and obtain approval of the Solution Design Document outlining messaging, database schemas, and process flows
  • Develop custom solutions or reporting applications per SDD specifications
  • Deliver integration components with installation, configuration, validation and troubleshooting guidance
  • Install custom solution system software and conduct unit testing
  • Provide system and end-user support during testing and in-service phases
  • Offer technical assistance on Custom Solution Integration Projects individually
  • Maintain professional relationships to ensure front-line customer satisfaction
  • Submit activity time logs and weekly expense reports
  • Lead demonstrations on proof of concept and finalized developments
Key requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or Software Design
  • 5+ years in custom solution software development
  • Proficiency with SQL/MS SQL and database architecture
  • Experience coding in .NET, C++, C#, JavaScript, Java, HTML, SOAP, WSDL, RESTful APIs, and XML
  • Familiarity with Mitel Contact Center and UC solutions
  • Experience with internet payment gateways, CRM and WFM systems is a plus
  • Exposure to custom reporting; Power BI is a plus
  • Agile development lifecycle experience is a plus
  • Strong Windows OS, server administration, MS Office, and Azure knowledge
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
