Overview

In this role, you own the integrations landscape for a major consumer brand, guiding the MuleSoft-to-Azure migration while leading a small team. You will combine hands-on coding with strategic leadership to deliver a safe, on-schedule transition across processes and systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain business continuity during migration and to shape the future of the SaaS integrations estate. This is a hands-on leadership position with a clear impact on platform modernization and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Own the integrations architecture for a SaaS estate (e.g., Workday, Oracle Symphony, NetSuite, ecommerce)
  • Lead MuleSoft-to-Azure migration end-to-end within a real timeline, ensuring no business disruption
  • Line-manage a small team of 3–4 integration engineers, including 1:1s and growth
  • Personally tackle the hardest, highest-risk builds in code
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align migration with business needs and technical constraints
Key requirements
  • 6+ years in integration/API engineering
  • Azure code written in the last 12 months
  • Proven experience leading a team across MuleSoft and Azure
  • Hands-on migration experience with practical outcomes
  • Ability to produce a clean pull request and an Architecture Decision Record in the same week
