Integrator

As an Integrator in the invoice finance team, you drive cross-team delivery and governance for complex changes. You will align activity across labs, platforms, and partners to deliver outcomes that matter to customers. You’ll lead readiness events, ensure proper service introduction, and govern AI and automation initiatives. • Develop integrated delivery plans with visibility of progress, risks, issues and dependencies
• Coordinate activity across labs, platforms, delivery teams and external suppliers
• Oversee governance controls, approvals and escalations; resolve blockers
• Lead implementation readiness and coordinate events with internal teams and strategic partners
• Ensure Service Introduction requirements are met and ownership is clear
• Build stakeholder relationships to enable successful delivery
• Identify, assess and govern AI and automation opportunities; ensure Responsible AI governance
• Shape innovative solutions to improve customer and colleague experiences
