Leading a small interface development team, the full-time remote Interface Development Manager will manage HL7 messaging, FHIR integrations, and clinical data exchange while overseeing technical direction and team performance. Key responsibilities Directly manage the interface development team, including hiring, performance reviews, and technical guidance Own the design, build, and support of HL7 v2.x and FHIR-based integrations across multiple healthcare systems Champion AI-assisted development practices to enhance interface mapping, validation, and testing processes Required qualifications 5+ years of .NET/C# development experience 2+ years in a team lead or people-management role with direct reports Hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x messaging and clinical data exchange Direct experience with FHIR and SMART on FHIR integrations Experience delivering software in a healthcare or regulated industry
