Interim People Partner, Change & Integration Leader

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking an Interim People Partner to lead the Change & Integration function at Stansted Airport. You will shape the integrated operating model, drive organisation design, workforce planning and employee relations, while ensuring a sustainable handover to BAU.

You will report to the People Director and collaborate with senior programme leaders to deliver priority transformation programmes with pace and governance.
