What you’ll be doing

• Full-cycle bookkeeping
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Payroll processing
• GST, PST, WCB, EHT and payroll remittances
• Month-end financial reporting
• Journal entries and account reconciliations
• Supporting clients with questions and helping them understand their numbers
• Working with modern cloud-based bookkeeping technology

We’re looking for someone who has

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (or learns technology quickly)
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize multiple clients and deadlines
• A positive, solution-focused attitude
• Experience with BC payroll and taxes is an asset
• CPB designation or working toward it is a bonus, but not required
