Shape Curam CRM architecture with technical solutioning and architectural support in a hybrid arrangement at 5700 Yonge, two to three days weekly.

As an Intermediate Solution Architect, you will define CRM solution structures, relationships, reusable components, quality metrics, software layers, and interfaces. The work also includes supporting project and technical leads, engaging business and end users, and analyzing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define structures and relationships among CRM solutions
  • Identify reusable components and establish quality level metrics
  • Organize software layering and determine solution interfaces
  • Provide technical architectural support to project teams
  • Support business requirements, options analysis, and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Ten or more years of Curam knowledge and experience
  • Experience providing technical architectural support
  • Technical solutioning support for project and technical leads
  • Business and end user engagement experience
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
