Team: Cybersecurity / IAM / Privileged Access Management

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Intermediate CyberArk Engineer to support and mature our Privileged Access Management environment, with a focus on CyberArk Privilege Cloud . This person will help with day-to-day platform support, integrations, troubleshooting, and privileged access controls across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CyberArk experience, strong identity/infrastructure fundamentals, and can work closely with cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, and application teams in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the administration and maintenance of CyberArk Privilege Cloud / PAM capabilities.


• Assist with privileged account onboarding, password rotation, session management, and access workflows.


• Troubleshoot CyberArk-related issues across users, accounts, integrations, and target platforms.


• Support integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, Windows, Linux, SQL Server, and cloud platforms.


• Contribute to PAM process improvements, documentation, audit support, and security best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or another enterprise PAM platform.


• Experience supporting CyberArk Privilege Cloud or CyberArk Core PAS components such as PVWA, CPM, PSM, safes, platforms, and account onboarding.


• Strong understanding of PAM concepts, including credential vaulting, password rotation, session management, and privileged access controls.


• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows, Linux, and SQL Server environments.


• Ability to troubleshoot access, authentication, integration, and platform issues.


• Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, REST APIs, or CyberArk APIs .


• Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work with security, IAM, infrastructure, and application teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• CyberArk certification such as Defender, Sentry, or Privilege Cloud certification.


• Experience with Conjur , secrets management, or application credential management.


• Exposure to PCI, audit, compliance, or regulated environments.


• Experience with ServiceNow, SailPoint, Entra ID / Azure AD, or cloud security integrations.


• Prior experience in payments, banking, insurance, or another regulated industry.
