Practice Better seeks an Intermediate DevOps Engineer for its remote-first Engineering team. You will design scalable systems, automate infrastructure, and improve continuous delivery for a SaaS platform. The role partners with Engineering, Product, and Design to address scalability challenges and development bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using infrastructure as code
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines for low-friction releases
• Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and security
• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis
• Forecast capacity and scale infrastructure for growing demand

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Four to six-plus years in DevOps engineering or similar roles
• DevOps experience at a multi-tenant SaaS company
• Strong scripting, programming, and cloud infrastructure skills
• Experience with AWS, Terraform or OpenTofu, and Docker
