Intermediate ETL Developer Data Migrations

Build data migration solutions as an Intermediate ETL Developer with Pandell-ESG, using SQL and conversion scripting across customer projects.

As part of Pandell-ESG's Project Services team, you will understand customer data, plan conversions, and develop migration tools. You will work with unfamiliar data models, troubleshoot issues, and support software implementations across Pandell's product groups. The position offers technical leadership on small to medium-sized projects while collaborating with experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan migrations and translate requirements into technical approaches
• Write and run scripts moving data between systems
• Adapt conversion frameworks and develop project-specific tools
• Troubleshoot development, configuration, and performance issues
• Document solutions and mentor other developers

Requirements:

• Five or more years using SQL, SSMS, and Oracle
• Experience writing complex queries and conversion scripts
• Knowledge of T-SQL, PL/SQL, C#, and PowerShell
• Experience with ETL processes, migrations, and conversion frameworks
• Computer Science, Information Systems, or related post-secondary education
