Intermediate IT Systems Administrator

Support Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems for Canada Soccer in Toronto or Ottawa, with hybrid or fully onsite flexibility available. Help staff, athletes, and fans experience reliable technology.

This intermediate-level IT Systems Administrator provides desktop and systems support to internal stakeholders. You will support Windows, networking, cybersecurity, and event technology. The work includes Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, virtualization, scripting, and hardware support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to desktop support tickets involving Microsoft 365 and access
• Provide remote and onsite support during matches and competitions
• Maintain cybersecurity, access controls, and information security policies
• Track assets, licenses, configurations, and system documentation
• Support onboarding, vendors, roadmaps, and enterprise applications

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent qualification
• Three to five years supporting desktops and networks
• Microsoft 365 environment experience, including Security and Compliance
• Windows, Active Directory, Entra, Exchange, and Intune knowledge
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel
