Intermediate ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Administer WestJet’s ServiceNow platform through hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and health monitoring. This technical role supports reliable daily platform operations.

As an Intermediate Analyst, you will independently manage routine and moderately complex ServiceNow administration. Your work includes users, roles, access, platform components, upgrades, releases, and maintenance. You will collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders when deeper expertise is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer ServiceNow and maintain core platform configuration
• Manage users, groups, roles, access, and licences
• Monitor platform health and identify operational risks
• Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and escalate appropriately
• Support upgrades, patches, releases, testing, and maintenance

Requirements:

• Two or more years in ServiceNow administration or platform support
• Hands-on enterprise ServiceNow administration experience
• Understanding of users, groups, roles, and access management
• Experience configuring functionality and troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
