Intermediate Siebel CRM Solutions Designer

Design Siebel CRM solutions with RESTful services and complex Public Sector configuration in a hybrid role requiring two onsite days weekly. Apply deep technical experience to client requirements and delivery.

This intermediate Solutions Designer role focuses on hosting technology solutions supporting CRM application business requirements. You will use Siebel Public Sector, Siebel EAI, EIM, OpenUI, Smart Scripts, and Web Services. The work includes architecture, configuration, integration, migration, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design hosting technology solutions for client CRM requirements
• Configure complex Siebel Public Sector solutions
• Integrate Siebel EAI, EIM, and Web Services
• Assess system performance, capacity, and expansion needs
• Document technical blueprints, build books, and procedures

Requirements:

• Ten-plus years with Siebel Public Sector 8.x
• Seven-plus years with Siebel OpenUI PM/PR scripting
• Five-plus years with REST services using JSON
• Experience with Siebel Remote, Smart Scripts, and Task Based UI
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
