Intermediate Windows Systems Administrator

Windows Server expertise anchors this full-time, on-site Etobicoke opportunity, supporting enterprise systems with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration. Hybrid flexibility may depend on location.

As an Intermediate Systems Administrator, you will support Paladin Security’s enterprise technology environments across Canada and the United States. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, based on operational support. Your work includes infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Support virtualization, storage networks, and backup infrastructure
• Monitor availability and perform upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Investigate alerts and apply security controls supporting Zero Trust principles
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation routines for IT operations

Requirements:

• Three or more years in systems administration, infrastructure support, or IT operations
• Practical Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 experience
• PowerShell or standard automation scripting ability
• Networking fundamentals and systematic troubleshooting skills
• Information Technology or Computer Science education, certification, or equivalent experience
