What You Will Accomplish With Us

• UMA onboarding support;
• Provide trading support, including identifying and addressing trading errors, updating models in Croesus, and supporting the management of SMA and UMA accounts;
• Review new deposits, classify securities, and perform account setup validations;
• Participate in content management on Wealthlink, including updates, distribution of reports, and continuous improvement of published material;
• Provide operational and analytical support, including managing the IPP inbox, supporting advisor requests, and contributing to UMA projects by identifying efficiency opportunities, including the use of AI tools;
• Perform other related duties.

• Is recognized for strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Demonstrates a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Is known for their strong analytical skills;
• Has intermediate to advanced knowledge of commonly used tools, including Excel and Bloomberg, and is comfortable using Copilot;
• Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating verbally and in writing, collaborating on projects, and interacting with unilingual English-speaking colleagues on a daily basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is $23.50 to $29.50 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies depending on years of study and the position status (student or intern).
