As an Intern - Business Analyst , you will play a key role in delivering various technology initiatives within the IT Solutions Delivery, Enterprise, Compliance and Security team. What you will accomplish with us

As an Intern - Business Analyst , you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Contribute to business needs analysis and solution documentation;
• Support business partners in processing their improvement requests;
• Document and optimize business processes;
• Participate in the development and enhancement of IT solutions;
• Work with various tools and platforms;
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues;
• Support user acceptance testing and validation activities;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and practices;
• Document completed work and share key learnings.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Organizational Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field;
• Ideally completing their final internship;
• Is recognized for their versatility;
• Stands out for their intellectual curiosity;
• Demonstrates a strong desire to learn;
• Shows initiative and autonomy;
• Has relevant work experience, particularly through an internship or student job in a related field;
• Demonstrates a strong interest in artificial intelligence tools and ideally has some initial experience using them;
• Is familiar with low-code or no-code solutions, particularly Power Platform, or is interested in learning how to use them;
• Is comfortable working with a variety of tools and environments;
• Has an interest in different aspects of technology, including development, analysis, and tools;Has experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes, considered an asset;
• Is knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, or an interest in learning them, considered an asset.
