Location: New York City (Hybrid - 2 Days In Office)

Compensation: $300,000-$400,000 Base + Bonus + Profit Share

We're partnering with a rapidly growing advisory and consulting firm that is looking to add a Partner-level leader to its Internal Audit & SOX Advisory practice. This is an additional Partner hire driven by continued growth and strong demand from top-tier financial services clients.

The practice is highly regarded within the asset management and REIT space , serving some of the industry's most sophisticated investment managers.

The team offers a significantly better quality of life than traditional external audit and many in-house fund accounting environments, while still providing exposure to complex, high-profile clients and strategic advisory work.

What You'll Do

• Lead and expand the Internal Audit & SOX Advisory practice serving asset managers and REITs
• Develop new business opportunities and generate revenue through existing and new relationships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams and boards
• Oversee complex internal audit, SOX, risk advisory, and governance engagements
• Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams
• Drive thought leadership and market presence within the asset management industry

Ideal Background

• Current or recent Managing Director or Partner at a CPA, consulting, or advisory firm
• Deep expertise in Internal Audit, SOX, Risk Advisory, or Governance
• Significant experience serving Asset Managers, Private Funds, xhqgsiq Investment Managers, or REITs
• Proven track record of originating and winning new business from scratch
• Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar credentials preferred

• Asset Management and REIT experience required
• Banking-focused candidates will not be considered
• Must have a verifiable history of business development and revenue generation
