Internal Auditor Risk Governance

Internal Auditor at Canaccord Genuity applies strong judgment and systematic audit practices to complex assurance and advisory engagements. This is an onsite opportunity.

As an Internal Auditor, you will support risk management, control, and governance improvements across Canaccord Genuity. The work includes ICFR, auditing standards, external auditor coordination, and communicating findings. You will plan engagements, conduct fieldwork, and provide practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced advisory and assurance audit services
• Improve risk management, control, and governance processes
• Coordinate ICFR planning and scoping with external auditors
• Plan interviews, request documentation, and conduct fieldwork
• Communicate audit results and practical recommendations

Requirements:

• Professional accounting or audit designation preferred
• Two to three years post-qualification audit experience
• Knowledge of ICFR, IFRS, and COSO preferred
• Proficiency in internal audit standards and Microsoft Office
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
