Internal Medicine - Pediatrics Physician

We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Physician (or IM/Ped) at an employer-sponsored occupational health and primary care clinic in Peoria, Arizona . In this role, you will offer occupational health screenings, perform fit-for-duty exams, drug/urine screening, hearing surveillance, DOT physicals, as well as primary care services, managing chronic diseases, and advocating patient health and wellness. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 12-15 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production

• $240,000 - $300,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus an annual incentive

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine-pediatrics (and treat patients 2+ years)
• Must have occupational medicine experience
• Minimum of two years primary care experience
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
