Internal Medicine Physician

An established healthcare team in west-central Minnesota s Lakes Region, about an hour east of Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative practice in a scenic lakefront community.

Position Highlights:

• Join another Internal Medicine physician and 6 Family Medicine physicians
• Primarily office-based practice with convenient space connected to the hospital
• Choose whether to follow your patients in the hospital or have them managed by a Hospitalist
• Typical schedule of 8 a.m. 5 p.m., Monday Friday , plus call rotation
• Back-up call is phone-only , with calls filtered by an ARNP or PA
• See approximately office patients per day
• Provide Internal Medicine support to Hospitalists covering an 8-bed ICU and 16-bed medical/surgical unit
• Serve patients at the only hospital in the county
• NHSC Loan Repayment Site

Compensation & Benefits:

• $352,587 base compensation
• Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and/or production-based compensation
• NHSC loan repayment opportunity
