Internal Medicine Physician

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM outpatient clinic coverage

• Job Setting: Outpatient Primary Care

• Types of Cases: Comprehensive outpatient primary care including acute illnesses, chronic disease management, preventive care, and treatment of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

• Credentialing: Approximately 6-8 weeks for credentialing and onboarding

• Assignment Length: One-year initial contract with four additional one-year option periods

• Coverage Needed: Three full-time physicians

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Certifications: BLS and DEA

• Licensure: Active unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territory

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient primary care experience after residency
