FM/IM Locum Need- New York, New York
  • Work Dates Needed: Starting ASAP, long term coverage needed. Credentialing takes roughly 2-3 weeks.
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8a-5p. Will consider both full and part time providers.
  • Worksite Setting: Mobile Medical Vans stationed at shelters, drop in centers. Flexible to work inside housing with a multi disciplinary team of case managers, nurses, patient navigators
  • Scope of Work: 100% adult patients, most are homeless or formerly homeless.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active NY license, BC/FM, BC/IM with experience working in community healthcare and outreach
  • EMR: eclinical
  • Pay Rate Preferred: 110-130, please see me higher rate required. No travel reimbursed so prefer local candidates.
