  • Typical family medicine/primary care mix: new and established adult visits, acute/same-day visits, chronic disease follow-up, annual physicals/preventive visits, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, transitional care/hospital follow-up, pre-operative evaluations, pediatric/well-child visits, medication/refill follow-up, and other routine ambulatory primary care within scope.
