Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role we have available in the Greater Chesterton area of Indiana .

Join a growing multispecialty practice with Onsite Diagnostics and Virtual Visits . Flexible scheduling and APP collaboration support a continuity-focused Primary Care practice.

What You Can Expect

• Patient/Case Volume: Approximately outpatients per 8-hour clinic day
• Procedures / Clinical Scope: Preventive care, chronic-condition management, and virtual visits
• Support Staff / Resources: APP collaboration, onsite laboratory and X-ray services, and a multispecialty referral network
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Virtual Care: Approximately 25% of patient-contact hours may involve Virtual Visits .
