Position Details:

  • Specialty: Primary Care / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
  • Location: Farmington, Maine
  • Practice Type: Outpatient Primary Care
  • Start Date: ASAP (ideally at the beginning of the year)
  • Assignment Duration: 3 months minimum, with potential to extend to 6 9 months
  • Schedule: Monday Friday
  • Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible to accommodate an 8- or 10-hour shift)
  • Weekend Coverage: None
  • Call: None
  • Patient Volume: At least 16 visits per day
  • Patient Population: Primarily adults
  • EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Ambulatory primary care visits for acute and chronic conditions
  • Annual wellness visits
  • Post-hospitalization follow-ups
  • Routine primary care evaluations and management
Requirements:
  • Board Certified: Required
  • Active Maine medical license: Required
