Compensation & Financial Highlights

• Year-One Base Salary: $350,000
• Signing Bonus: $50,000
• Year-One Total: $400,000 in base salary and signing bonus
• Year-Two Compensation: Base salary plus productivity bonus, with total compensation well above $400,000

Year-one salary assumes a five-day workweek and a patient volume of approximately three patients per hour.

Practice Overview

Join an independent, physician-owned primary care practice affiliated with a major regional healthcare network.

The practice currently includes five physicians and one nurse practitioner, with plans for continued expansion throughout metro Atlanta.

Patient Population: Adults ages 18 and older
Practice Setting: Outpatient only
Patient Volume: Approximately three patients per hour
EMR: eClinicalWorks with AI-assisted ambient documentation, order sets, and templates

Family Medicine physicians who prefer an adult-only practice are encouraged to apply.
