Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for outpatient Primary Care locum coverage in Washington. This opportunity offers a flexible four-day workweek with consistent weekday hours and no weekend coverage indicated.

Assignment Details

Temporary physician coverage is needed at two outpatient locations:

Raymond, WA

• Start Date: November 2026
• Assignment Length: Approximately 90 days

Chehalis, WA

• Start Date: Mid-November 2026
• Assignment Length: Approximately 90 days

Schedule

• 4 shifts per week
• 10-hour shifts
• Approximately 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
• Provider may choose their weekday off
• No weekend coverage indicated
• Clinic closed Sundays

Practice Setting

• Outpatient Primary Care
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Internal Medicine physicians accepted if comfortable treating patients ages 18+
• EMR: NextGen

Patient Volume

• Approximately patients per day

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Preventive care and wellness examinations
• Medication management
• Routine follow-up visits
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing patient care
• Complete timely clinical documentation in NextGen

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Washington medical license required

Credentialing

• Temporary privileges available

Travel

• Travel and housing support available

Ideal Candidate

A Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with an active Washington license who is comfortable seeing approximately outpatient primary care patients per day and interested in a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
