  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP- 12 weeks (possibly ongoing)
  • Preferred Schedule: 7a-7p (preferred 7 on 7 off- will consider other consistent schedules)
  • Worksite Setting: Corrections Infirmary
  • Scope of Work:H&P's, medication, and follow ups. Physician will evaluate patients for: sick call request appointment as results of a physician order, urgent/emergent basis, Basic suturing required- Infirmary sees higher acuity than the other clinics at Jail
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX lic, BLS, DEA, Board Cert, BLS at Minimum - ACLS or ATLS can be used- Must be AHA certified. Immunizations Records will be needed to work, TB Test, Hep B, MMR, Varicella and a drug screen
  • EMR: Epic
