Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Full-Time In-Person Los Angeles and South Gate, CA $270,000-$325,000 plus bonus

A growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for its outpatient primary care team. Multiple clinic locations are available in the Los Angeles area, including South Gate. This suits a physician who values continuity of care and long-term patient relationships.

Position Highlights

• $270,000-$325,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities
• Full-time, in-person, outpatient primary care
• Patients across the lifespan, newborns through older adults
• Collaborative, team-based practice

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic testing
• Provide prenatal and postpartum care within your scope of practice and training

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Active California medical license
• Current BLS certification. PALS preferred
