Availability & Schedule

Full-Time 5 Days Per Week

  • Rounding in skilled nursing facilities
  • In-person patient care

Compensation
  • Fee-for-service model

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams
  • Develop and adjust individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and coordinate care
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Ideal Candidate
  • Current Michigan physician license
  • Active DEA
  • Strong clinical foundation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Experience in post-acute, acute, emergency, or outpatient settings is a plus
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
