Jackson and Coker is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a long-term opportunity at an Indian Health facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Details/Requirements:
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Setting: Indian Health / Primary Care
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day
Minimum 1-year commitment, with preference for physicians interested in a long-term, multi-year assignment of up to 5 years
Compensation: Competitive 1099 independent contractor pay

Licensing: Any active U.S. state medical license accepted
