About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to lead on-site health and wellness services for a value-based primary care center. This position replaces high-volume, fee-for-service medicine with a direct primary care model focused on relationship-driven, whole-person care. You will manage a small, dedicated patient panel with low administrative burden and no volume-based quotas.
