This opportunity offers a collaborative care-team model within an innovative healthcare system while supporting strong work-life balance.Physicians will work within a supportive clinical environment with access to specialists throughout the network.Schedule & Workload

• 36 patient-facing hours per week
• Collaborative care-team model
• Support from clinical medical assistants for in-basket management
• Opportunity to build a patient panel quickly

Call Schedule

• Shared regional phone-only call
• Minimal weekend call coverage

Practice Environment

• Join a network of nearly 1,900 physicians
• Strong collaboration with specialists
• Collegial and team-oriented practice setting

Licensing

• Colorado medical license required (or ability to obtain)

Certifications & Credentials

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine - Required
• Truly Board Eligible candidates accepted (must complete residency)
