Work Dates Needed: Starting Asap (as soon as selected and Credentialed) Thru 5/31/27 (with additional Option Years thru 5/31/29)
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:00a - 4:30p CST, Closed on Federal Holidays
Worksite Setting: Government Medical facility in MN
Scope of Work: Primary physician care including but not limited to: Evaluation, Treatment and Management: Contractor s physicians shall admit and coordinate all aspects of care for patients including: Admission, including history and physical examinations. Evaluation and treatment, including the ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies, including laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and electrocardiographic examinations, and the administration of medications normally considered part of the practice of hospital medicine. Discussion of end-of-life preferences/advanced care planning Consultations with sub-specialists Timely and proactive discharge planning Coordination of care with primary care physician Discharge including ensuring appropriate follow-up is arranged. Perioperative care
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Candidate must have Clean NPDB / background and work history, all clean; Current Unrestricted License Any State (can never have had past licensure issues); BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; BLS; ACLS; Current CME's; DEA, NPI, If selected will need current immunizations

Pay Rate Preferred: $135/Hr, Plus $225 Per worked day travel stipend
