Internal Medicine opening in Warsaw, IN Fort Wayne 41m; Chicago 120mHospital Employed, Full-timeWe are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Joining a well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers

- Must be board-certified and have completed U.S. residency training Compensation and Benefits may include:
