Internal Medicine Physician

Position Type : Permanent, Full-Time (part-time considered, minimum 2 days/week)

Certification : Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Residents : 2026 residents welcome

Schedule :

Monday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Patient Volume : 16+ patients per day

Team :

Work with 2 physicians (each present 2 days/week) and 1 Nurse Practitioner

Supervision of APPs required

Call : Yes - 1-2 weekends per year

Friday 5:00 PM - Monday 8:00 AM

EMR : eClinicalWorks

• Setting : Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

• Type : Non-profit organization

• Loan Repayment : Eligible for NHSC, PSLF, and SLRP

Vacation

• Years 1-4: 3 weeks, accrued per pay period

• Year 5+: 3 weeks + 1 day/year, max 4 weeks

Pension

• Employer contributes 5% of annual salary (non-contributory)

• Vested immediately, contributions begin after 1 year

Sick Leave

• 1 paid day/month (max 120 days, not paid out at termination)

CME

• Year 1: $1,500 + 3 paid days

• Board Certification exam covered (initial + renewals)
