Inventory Specialist | North Charlotte, NC

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an Inventory Specialist to play a key role in strengthening inventory operations following a major ERP transition.

What You'll Do

• Support inventory month-end close and reconciliation activities

• Analyze inventory data and investigate discrepancies using Excel

• Drive process improvements tied to an ERP conversion

• Partner closely with accounting, operations, and plant teams

• Review and coordinate the work of two team members supporting inventory processes

• Help improve inventory controls and reporting accuracy

What We're Looking For

Inventory accounting and reconciliation experience

Strong Excel and data analysis skills

ERP experience (Vista, Sage, JDE, or similar preferred)

2-6+ years of relevant accounting experience

Backgrounds in inventory accounting, cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, construction accounting, or public accounting with inventory exposure are all welcome to apply
