Inventory Control Accounting Associate

Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile accounting transactions as an Inventory Control Associate supporting T&T Supermarket. Work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Financial & Accounting, you will oversee AR and AP data and transactions. The position combines invoice verification, inventory updates, and itemized data entry. Your work supports accurate store inventory receipts and compliance with applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile AR and AP data and transactions
• Verify invoices and documents for accuracy and consistency
• Monitor receiving transactions and enter invoice data
• Update store inventory costs and quantities
• Maintain accurate inventory receipts transaction records

Requirements:

• Post-secondary accounting education is an asset
• General accounting knowledge and understanding
• Accurate data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Professional handling of confidential information
