Overview
In this role you will support the London investment team in sourcing, evaluating and underwriting UK and European real estate opportunities. You will build detailed financial models and prepare materials for investment committees, facilitating decision-making on acquisitions, JVs and portfolio investments. You will work with internal teams and advisers to execute transactions and contribute to asset management and ongoing performance. This is a chance to develop expertise across the full investment lifecycle within a globally established platform and long-term investment environment.
Responsibilities- Source, evaluate and underwrite real estate opportunities across the UK and Europe
- Build and maintain financial models to assess returns, risk and performance
- Prepare investment committee papers and present analysis to support decisions
- Support transaction execution across acquisitions, joint ventures and portfolio investments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisers throughout the investment process
- Contribute to asset management and ongoing performance of existing investments
- 1–2 years’ experience in real estate investment, real estate private equity or real estate investment banking
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of equity investments, joint ventures and real estate investment structures
- Excellent commercial judgement and attention to detail
- Proactive, intellectually curious and able to communicate complex investment analysis clearly
