- An innovative, venture-backed, technology-enabled real estate investment platform is seeking a Founding Investment Associate to join its London team.
- The business focuses on brownfield residential land acquisitions, unlocking value through planning and partnering with regional developers, with plans to expand into development platform acquisitions.
- Working directly with the founders, you will manage the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting through to transaction execution, planning and asset management.
- Responsibilities include financial modelling, development appraisals, investment committee papers, due diligence and investor relations, alongside helping develop the firm's proprietary technology platform.
- Candidates should have 3-6 years' experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, or development, ideally with a leading real estate private equity firm, investment manager or developer.
- Strong financial modelling, development appraisal and UK planning knowledge are essential, alongside commercial judgement and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A keen interest in AI and technology is important. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or programming languages such as Python would be advantageous.
- This is an opportunity to join at an early stage, with significant deal responsibility and direct exposure to the founders.
