Investment Data Analyst

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group seeks a Data Analyst for its Investment Data Architecture team. You will translate stakeholder needs into requirements, definitions, rules, and acceptance criteria. The work spans investment datasets, data quality, security master, pricing, holdings, and reference data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate investment data needs into documented business requirements
• Prepare trusted, reusable investment datasets with business owners
• Develop conceptual and logical investment data models
• Validate transformation rules, mappings, and delivered data
• Analyze data-quality exceptions and reconciliation breaks

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, commerce, business analysis, or related field
• Three to five years in investment management or financial services
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income, or derivative data
• Ability to elicit requirements and define acceptance criteria
• Understanding of data quality, ownership, governance, and metadata
