Investment Data Architect & BI Automation Lead

Referment is seeking an Investment BI & Data Analyst to own data, reporting and automation for its London team. You will design data architecture for investment, client, risk, treasury, P&L and management reporting, moving beyond basic BI to end‑to‑end data solutions.

You’ll work hands‑on with trades, positions, cash, market data and accounting data, building scalable pipelines and interfaces into Power BI and other internal tools, while reducing spreadsheet reliance.
