Investment Data Operations Analyst

Investment data accuracy, reconciliation, and exception management define this Data Operations Analyst role within OMERS. Work with teams supporting global investment operations.

The analyst supports market reference data, pricing, benchmarks, security master, and related domains. You will maintain records, validate incoming feeds, investigate exceptions, and coordinate resolution. The role partners with Investment, Risk, Performance, Finance, Technology, Data Governance, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily and periodic investment data processes
• Validate data feeds, reports, and control outputs
• Monitor exceptions, breaks, reconciliations, and control reports
• Investigate issues and perform initial root cause analysis
• Maintain securities, benchmarks, and reference data records

Requirements:

• Two or more years in investment or data operations
• Working knowledge of investment products and data concepts
• Understanding of reconciliations, controls, and exception management
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excel proficiency and comfort working with data reports
