Investment Data Process Analyst

Map investment data workflows and improve process quality as an Analyst, Business Process Engineering, with hybrid work at Connor, Clark & Lunn.

Within Investment Data Architecture, you will support Modern Data Platform enablement and investment data management. The work spans security master, pricing master, market reference data, and ETL processes. You will translate investment teams’ needs into practical process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document current-state processes, controls, hand-offs, and downstream uses
• Design future-state workflows and produce process maps
• Automate manual workflows with technology partners
• Assess process risks and recommend controls
• Track metrics supporting investment data service levels

Requirements:

• Degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field
• Three-plus years in process improvement or investment data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of data movement through systems
• Clear communication with business and technical audiences
