They are looking for an Investment Manager position within focused on supporting Bethan Johnson with the management and growth of commercial real estate investments in Central London on behalf of shareholders and third-party investors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting acquisitions and disposals of assets
• Assisting with development and implementation of asset strategies
• Undertaking financial analysis and underwriting of investment opportunities
• Coordinating due diligence, financing discussions, and advisor relationships
• Supporting leasing and asset management activity, including renewals, regears, rent reviews, and new leases
• Monitoring business plans, budgets, and performance alongside finance teams
• Maintaining strong market relationships and reporting on market conditions
• Assisting with investor and shareholder reporting and strategy sessions
• Overseeing day-to-day management matters for allocated assets with managing agents
