Investment Manager

Kerry Robert Associates is looking for an Hotel Investment Manager to join our client who is a well-known hotel group and is expanding their presence at a rapid rate. Within this role you will be supporting the continued growth of the company through managing all aspects of their asset investments for their portfolio of hotels located throughout the UK & mainland Europe.

This role would best suit an experienced Investment Manager who is commercially strong, hotel savvy and carries a wealth of real estate developments, bank re‑financing, and hospitality investments experience. The Investment Manager will need to be an experienced individual who can work closely with board directors on a weekly basis.

• Comes from an Investment Manager background.
• Bank loan re‑financing & loan covenant reporting.
• Preparing feasibility reports and managing project cashflows
• A qualified or part qualified Accountant
• Carries hospitality venues experience (min 2 years+)
• Has Previously worked with hotel stakeholders/owners. Influential and carries a commercial mindset.
• A forward-thinking person who embraces IT technology
• A natural leader who can motivate, develop, and lead senior hotel teams.

Location: Remote position. If preferred, you can work from the London based offices.

Salary package: 110k to 120k (depending on experience) plus benefits.

Basis: You must have the right to work within the UK on a full-time basis to be considered. Our client does not sponsor any VISA applications.
